We supply custom and printed finished products based on artwork, designs, or selections provided by the customer.
Orders
All orders are final once placed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- pricing errors
- stock issues
- suspected misuse or fraud
Custom Products & Artwork Responsibility
Where you upload, design, or approve artwork:
- you are fully responsible for the content
- approval confirms all aspects are correct
We do not check or correct:
- spelling
- grammar
- layout
- sizing
- resolution
Print Production
All products are produced exactly as supplied.
We are not responsible for:
- artwork errors
- incorrect files
- low resolution
- colour expectations
Colour & Variation
Colours and final appearance may vary due to:
- screen differences
- printing processes
- materials used
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Production & Delivery
All timeframes are estimates only.
Delays do not entitle refunds or compensation.
Risk
Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- liability is limited to replacement or refund where required
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- we are not liable for loss of business or income
Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
